Terms, Method of Payment, and Transport Policy

Payment Terms:

1. L/C (Letter of Credit):
Applicable to first orders valued at over $30,000.

2. T/T (Telegraphic Transfer):
30% deposit before production, and 70% balance payment after receiving the copy of B/L (sea freight) or after shipment (air freight) for orders exceeding $3,000.

3. T/T (Telegraphic Transfer)
100% payment after signing the sales contract for orders below $3,000.
Methods of Payment:
Payment can be made via bank transfer or Visa card. Once the payment is successful, the ordered product will be shipped to your specified address.
Please Note:
- Delivery Time: Approximately 30-45 workdays after receiving the deposit.
- Sample Time: About 7-10 days.
- Documents: Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, C/O (Certificate of Origin), Fumigation Certificate.
Order Confirmation:
All orders are considered accepted upon receiving a confirmation email. This confirmation will include order details and the chosen delivery address. Goods will be delivered based on the order placement date.
Price and Payment:
- All prices are quoted in USD and include delivery costs. Prices displayed on the website are for reference and may vary depending on the season, size, and quantity of products ordered.
- We reserve the right to change prices after order placement, and any changes will be communicated before processing the order.
Transport Policy:
- We offer flexible transport options, primarily by air and sea.
- We provide competitive shipping rates and ensure secure packaging for the fastest and safest delivery to your address.
- For international orders, the company is not responsible for import duties, taxes, or shipping delays.
- Customers are responsible for any redelivery charges in case of unsuccessful delivery.
- Please ensure availability during the scheduled delivery day.
